To register for our newsletter is free. In order to make contact with other parties there is an annual registration fee of £7.50 or the equivalent per annum.

Our terms & conditions may be updated from time to time and you are advised to check the site for such changes.

If you submit material to the site you agree to us using such material for publication and amendment and/or removal. You agree to us publishing any Attendance, Contact Names or Profiles you may post on the site. This may be viewed by other users on the site but there will be no visible link on the site. We do not publish contact details of any user registered on the site. If you choose to contact someone you agree that your email and Contact Name of your choice can be disclosed to the person you wish to contact. So – please make sure that the details you provide to Dancers on the Web are always up to date! We do not accept responsibility for problems arising from information errors, mistaken identities or any other problems which may occur as a result of using the contact features.

You may not transmit abusive, racial, defamatory, inflammatory or obscene material from this site. You may not distribute or publish anything that is libellous, derogatory, defamatory, pornographic, violent or illegal. We reserve the right to terminate the membership of anyone who contravenes this ruling. We expect our users to be polite, well mannered and considerate at all times. Remember that you are responsible for all the content that you publish on this site. Dancers on the Web accepts no responsibility for any consequences incurred by the use of this site, or for any of the content added by its users.

Do not send unsolicited emails to other users.

For your own protection never disclose your account details or personal details on the site. The internet is a wonderful media but there are some people out there who may not be who they say they are! If you do decide to meet up with someone from the site then do be careful as we cannot vouch for the integrity of users of this site.

From time to time the site may not be available. This may mean we are updating and improving the site! We take no responsibility for any consequence that you may suffer as a result but will always try to keep any ‘down time’ to an absolute minimum.

We agree to comply with the Data Protection Act 1988. As such we will keep certain information /cookies on our files conforming to the Act that you submit to us. Certain details may be disclosed to the police and Law Enforcement Agencies for the purpose of fraud detection, crime prevention and national security.
